(i) Salaries will be reviewed once annually, and any adjustments made will be effective from 1st March of the year.
(ii) Consideration of salary increment is only for Employee that has worked for a minimum of 6 consecutive calendar months for the year before
(iii) An employee under probation will not be considered for the annual salary review.
(iv) Annual increment is not automatic and is granted at the absolute discretion of the Company.
