(i) The payment of bonus shall be at the absolute discretion of the Company.
(ii) In the event that the Company decides to pay bonus, it shall be on the following basis :-
(a) An employee on probation shall not be eligible to receive bonus.
(b) An employee must have completed not less than six (6) months continuous service at the end of each calendar year. The bonus shall be in proportion to the months of continuous service.
(c) Bonus shall only be due and payable to an employee who is still in the service of the Company at the time of payment of the bonus.
