23. CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS

Company reserves the right not to employ or retain in employment anyone convicted of a criminal offense involving dishonesty or breach of trust. The Company reserves the right to conduct pre-employment background checks. Violence, breach of trust, and serious driving offenses may cause an offer of employment to be rescinded.
Conviction of a crime will not automatically result in a rejection of employment. All relevant circumstances, such as length of time and the crime involved will be considered in relation to specific job requirements.
